The COVID-19 pandemic has caused huge changes and challenges in all of our lives. Your classes might be canceled or fully online, and you may have personal plans or dreams that were disrupted. You or your parents may have lost their job; if still employed, job security may be a fear. You’re also probably anxious about the health of your loved ones or yourself. All of these are understandably stressful, and it’s totally normal to feel sad, anxious, frightened, angry, or whatever other emotions you’re experiencing right now.
